With the increase in Rebase tokens and with Tokens where Bonds are sold which are vested and redeemed over a period of time, it can be necessary to ignore transactions. However, I would like the possibility to keep the fees still in place, since I still paid those, even though I am ignoring the transaction.

Now I need to manually combine the fees in the right places and create those manually.

Needed to do this with OHM, ROME, KLIMA
